Notes:

1. The above results were reviewed at the  Audit Committee meeting held on 13th May, 2011 and approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 14th May, 2011 and have undergone "Limited Review" by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
2. The previous period's figures have been regrouped / rearranged wherever necessary.
3. Investor complaints pending at the beginning of the quarter - Nil.  Received during the quarter -3 Pending at the end of the quarter -  Nil. ( A group of Investors has filed a Company Petition No.45/397-398/CLB/MB/2009 with CLB which is pending).
4. The Company is having two segments,  i.e., Textiles and Real Estate activites.
5. The  Company's name change process is underway at the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.
